Ages 5–7: Max 20 youth – focus on motor skills and play-based learning
Ages 8–11: Max 25 youth – fundamentals, teamwork, confidence
Ages 12–14: Max 30 youth – skill refinement and leadership
Ages 15–17: Max 30 youth – mentorship and youth leadership
AIQ Sports Youth Outreach Program serves youth ages 5–17 through structured sports, wellness, and life-skills programming.
Weekly Program Schedule
Monday–Friday (After School):
3:30–4:00 PM Check-in & Warm-up
4:00–5:00 PM Sports Training
5:00–5:30 PM Life Skills / Leadership
5:30–6:00 PM Cool Down & Dismissal
Saturday: Optional tournaments, family engagement, or community eventsd to promote physical health, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and positive decision-making.
AIQ Sports provides age-appropriate sports-based development programming that combines physical activity with social-emotional learning. Programs operate after school and during weekends, emphasizing safety, inclusion, and measurable youth outcomes.
